Te Rae has plenty of fully supported affordable room options for your next meeting, conference, or event. All rooms come with easy-to-use audio visual equipment included in the price with concierge. Your meetings can be in-person, online, or both. We have two wheel-chair accessible bathrooms and our parking and entranceway is flat and all our rooms and common areas are on the ground floor.

We can provide tea and coffee for $3 per person plus GST per session or day rate $9pp, depending on your event. Water is complimentary. We can also organise your catering, as we work with catering partners and will assist in coordinating this for your event, so feel free to ask us. Please alert our staff if you have ordered catering to be delivered. Our delivery address is Te Rae, 101 Queen Street East (ground floor), Hastings.
